The Evotech Performance Spindle Bobbins Paddock Kit for the Ducati Scrambler combines frontwheel Spindle Bobbins with rearwheel Paddock Stand Bobbins in a single package. The front Spindle Bobbins are crashprotection items made from injectionmoulded nylon over an aluminium inner; mounted through the front wheel spindle, they stand proud of the wheel so they are designed to be among the first parts to take an impact, helping reduce damage to the front forks and brake calipers in the event of a fall. In keEvotech ing with Evotech’s design approach, the nylon bobbin heads can rotate to reduce wear during a slide. The rear Paddock Stand Bobbins are made of nylon with an inner stainless steel bush and are anchored using a stainless steel, rolledthread spindle rod. Their hourglass shape is designed to securely catch the Cshaped or Vshaped mounting cups of many brands of paddock stand, making the bike easy to lift and hold upright for storage and maintenance. Evotech notes that paddock stand bobbins fitted through the wheel spindle cannot be used for wheel removal and are designed to support the weight of the motorcycle only. The kit is offered across Scrambler variants including Icon, Nightshift, Full Throttle and Desert Sled.
