Description
The MRA Touring Screen is a replacement windshield designed for the Honda Transalp to improve wind and weather protection over the standard screen. MRA Touring screens share a similar shaped base to the original windshield but are longer and taller, with the extra length and height created by an upwardly sloping rear section across the full width that deflects wind pressure away from the rider. This aerodynamically optimized shape reduces the wind blast and loud turbulence reaching the rider, lowering fatigue and making the bike more comfortable for daily riding and longer road trips. For the XL750 Transalp, MRA offers a particularly tall touring windshield measuring 46cm in height, which MRA notes is the tallest in its entire range, giving substantial coverage for taller riders. The touring windshield is offered in different finishes including colourless (clear), smoke grey and black, allowing riders to match their preference and bike styling. The screen is shaped to fit the Transalp specifically and mounts using the bike’s existing fixing points. As a direct upgrade, it raises and extends the protected zone around the rider’s chest and head compared with the shorter original equipment screen, improving touring comfort at higher speeds.
