Evotech Performance designed this radiator guard to protect the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 radiator from damage caused by road debris, while still allowing essential cooling air to pass through. It is precision CNC machined from aluminium and features a hexagonal mesh design that maximises airflow while blocking stones and debris that could otherwise damage the delicate radiator cooling fins. The guard is formed to follow exactly the lines of the radiator, giving it a neat, factory-like appearance once installed. It is finished in durable black powder coating for longevity and corrosion resistance. Installation is straightforward, as the guard uses the bike’s existing mounting points with no additional modifications required, and it comes with all the mounting fittings needed to securely fasten it to the radiator. Anti-vibration pads are included to help protect the radiator surface and keep the guard secure in place during riding. Because the Tiger Sport 660 radiator is very difficult to repair and expensive to replace, this protection is an important and cost-effective upgrade.
