Description
This R&G Racing Pro Radiator Guard is designed to protect the radiator of the Aprilia RS457 from the 2024 model year onwards. A radiator guard defends the vulnerable radiator fins from stones, road debris and other flying objects that can puncture or bend them, helping to avoid coolant leaks, overheating and expensive repairs. R&G’s Pro range is cut from a single piece of premium-grade, lightweight aluminium, giving the guard a strong strength-to-weight ratio while keeping added weight to a minimum. The Pro guards feature a geometric hexagonal laser-cut design that R&G states provides serious protection to the delicate radiator without restricting performance or airflow, so the cooling system continues to function correctly. The guard is finished in a striking, textured, matt-finish powder coating, and its modern laser-cut pattern is intended to complement the look of the motorcycle. The open geometric structure allows cooling air to pass through to the radiator while still presenting a barrier to incoming debris. Designed specifically for the RS457, the guard is intended to fit the bike’s factory layout. By combining lightweight aluminium with an open hexagonal pattern, this Pro guard aims to protect the radiator while preserving the cooling efficiency and appearance of the Aprilia RS457.
