Description
This R&G Racing PRO radiator guard (RAD0333PRO) is made for the Kawasaki ZX-4R, ZX-4RR and SE models from 2023 onwards. It is part of R&G’s PRO range, which is cut from a single piece of premium-grade lightweight aluminium to deliver an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The PRO guards feature a distinctive geometric hexa design, produced with a laser-cut pattern that is intended to offer serious protection to the radiator without restricting performance or airflow. The radiator on a sportbike such as the ZX-4R sits exposed at the front of the machine, where it is constantly exposed to stones, grit and road debris thrown up while riding. Because radiator cores and their fins are made from soft material, a single stone strike can puncture or bend them, leading to coolant loss, overheating and expensive repairs. Fitting a guard in front of the radiator intercepts debris before it can reach the core, helping to preserve cooling performance and protect a costly component. R&G states that the PRO guards carry a striking, textured, matt-finish powder coating that makes them corrosion-proof, and the modern laser-cut styling is designed to complement the look of the bike. It installs as a bolt-on accessory shaped to the radiator.
