Description
The Arrow 71799MI is a racing collector, or header set, designed specifically for the 2025 Kawasaki Z900. A collector connects the cylinder header pipes into the rest of the exhaust system, and this Arrow racing version replaces the restrictive standard component to free up exhaust flow. It is built from stainless steel and deletes the catalytic converter found in the original equipment exhaust, which reduces weight and helps the engine breathe more freely for an increase in performance. The collector is designed for bikes running two oxygen sensors and is oxygen-sensor ready, retaining provision for the bike’s O2 sensors. Arrow quotes a maximum gain of around twelve horsepower along with a torque increase, accompanied by a modest rise in static noise level of roughly two decibels. Arrow headers are typically TIG welded and finished to a high standard, reflecting the company’s racing heritage. Because it removes the catalytic converter, this collector is sold as a racing component that is not street legal, and it is intended to be paired with a compatible Arrow silencer to complete the system. Arrow Special Parts manufactures its exhaust products in San Giustino, Italy, with a long history in motorcycle racing applications.
