Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns.
Refunds will only be processed if a product is received in damaged condition (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof) or if the shipment is lost in transit.

2. Return Policy
RetroRides does not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions: If the product is received in broken/damaged condition, customers must raise a claim within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@retrorides.co.in with pictures and order details.
No returns will be entertained beyond this timeframe.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Product is received in broken/damaged condition (reported within 24 hours of delivery).
Shipment is lost in transit by the courier.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after claim approval.
No refunds are provided for customer preference, wrong product selection, or delayed delivery due to courier issues.
