Evotech Performance frame crash protection is uniquely designed for the Ducati Diavel 1260 to help shield the bike during a drop or low-speed slide. Each slider is machined from one piece of aircraft grade billet aluminium and powder coated black for longevity, with the machined bracket faces left exposed after coating to mimic the distinctive ‘S’ look. The crash protection mounts directly to Ducati’s famous trellis frame, using precision-machined CNC brackets that make fitting straightforward. Evotech states that fitting takes around 45 minutes and is essentially a case of removing four bolts and fitting four bolts, so no major modification to the motorcycle is required. By absorbing and dissipating impact energy, the protection helps minimise damage to the frame, engine cases and bodywork in the event of a tip-over.
