The Evotech Performance Radiator Guard is designed for the Kawasaki Ninja 300. A motorcycle radiator is highly exposed and easily damaged by stones and road debris, and a punctured core can result in coolant loss, overheating and expensive repairs. This guard mounts in front of the radiator to protect it from such impacts. Its elegantly designed matrix is pierced with hexagonal holes, a pattern intended to optimise airflow to the radiator while providing maximum protection from road debris. The guard is CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminium and finished in a durable black powder coating for strength, precision and longevity. It is a lightweight component, weighing around 200 grammes, so it adds protection without significant weight. The guard is secured in place using the bike’s existing mounting points, with no cable ties and no modification to the motorcycle required. All of the fixings needed for installation are supplied with the kit, and easy to follow pictorial instructions are available to help with fitting at home.
