The Evotech Performance Radiator Guard is designed for the Kawasaki Vulcan S. A radiator guard sits in front of the motorcycle’s radiator and is intended to protect this vulnerable component from stones, road debris and impacts that can puncture or dent the radiator core, helping to avoid costly repairs and the risk of coolant loss or overheating. The guard is CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminium, giving it a strong yet lightweight construction with a favourable strength to weight ratio. It is finished in a durable black powder coating for longevity and a clean appearance that complements the bike. The guard attaches to the motorcycle modification free, using existing mounting points, so no permanent alterations or cutting are required. All of the fixings needed for installation are supplied within the kit, allowing it to be fitted at home with basic tools. The design is intended to shield the radiator while still allowing air to pass through for effective engine cooling.
