Description
The Evotech Performance Radiator Guard for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is a bolt-on protector designed to shield the bike’s radiator from stones, road debris and other flying objects that can pierce the delicate radiator core and lead to costly damage or overheating. It is CNC machined from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium and finished with a durable powder coating for corrosion resistance and a clean appearance. The guard’s matrix is pierced with a pattern of hexagonal holes, an arrangement intended to maximise airflow through the radiator while still providing strong protection from debris, so cooling performance is preserved. Evotech designs the guard to install onto a stock motorcycle without any modification, and the kit is supplied with the necessary fixings and easy-to-follow instructions to make fitment straightforward. The design positions the guard a short distance in front of the radiator so that the guard itself absorbs and deflects impacts rather than transmitting them to the core. This particular guard is listed for the Kawasaki ZX-10R from 2016 onwards, commonly cited as covering 2016 to 2020 model years.
