The Evotech Performance brake and clutch lever protector kit is designed to help protect a motorcycle’s brake and clutch levers from accidental activation and from damage in the event of a slide or tip-over. The kit is CNC machined from aircraft grade billet aluminium and stainless steel and finished in a durable black powder coating for longevity and a clean appearance. It fits to the bike with no modifications required, mounting via the handlebar or bar end. All fixings are supplied with the kit, and easy-to-follow pictorial instructions are available for download from Evotech’s website. Some applications feature stainless steel bar end weights that help counteract vibration from the bike for added rider comfort. Lever protectors are a popular safeguard for both road and track riders, as a guarded lever is far less likely to snap off in a low-speed crash and is also protected against being squeezed inadvertently in a slide, which could otherwise lock a wheel. Evotech offers the kit in both Road and Race versions, with the Race variant featuring a more compact, streamlined design. Because the protectors are model specific, they are engineered to suit the controls of the intended machine, providing practical protection while complementing the bike’s cockpit aesthetics.
