Description
The MRA Touring Screen is a replacement windshield for the Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin, designed to give better wind and weather protection than the standard screen. MRA Touring screens have a base shape similar to the bike’s original windshield but are longer and taller, with the added length and height formed by an upwardly sloping rear section across the entire width that deflects wind pressure away from the rider. For the CRF1100L Africa Twin, MRA’s large touring windscreen measures 51cm, providing good wind protection and making the adventure bike well suited to touring. By extending the protected zone, the screen reduces the wind blast and turbulence reaching the rider’s chest and head, lowering fatigue on long rides. MRA also produces other screen types for this model, including a shorter Sport Screen and a VarioTouringScreen with a seven-position adjustable spoiler, but the Touring Screen prioritizes maximum coverage. The touring windshield is offered in colourless (clear) and smoke grey finishes so riders can match their preference. It is shaped specifically for the Africa Twin and mounts to the bike’s existing fixing points without modification, making it a straightforward upgrade over the original equipment screen for improved comfort at speed.
