Description
The Puig Sport Screen, reference 21583, is a replacement windscreen developed specifically for the Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin and Africa Twin Adventure Sports from 2020 onwards. It features refined lines and smaller dimensions than the original screen, giving the trail bike a sharper aesthetic while optimising it for off-road riding. Puig states the screen has been developed for urban riding, off-road use, and short trips, where its compact size and flat top deliver a clear field of vision and greater manoeuvrability. The screen measures 450mm long by 295mm wide and sits roughly 20mm lower than the original, contributing to its sportier profile. It is manufactured from 4mm PMMA, a highly impact-resistant acrylic that resists cracking and scratching. The part is TUV ABE certified, meeting recognised European safety standards. Puig offers it in several finishes, including clear, light smoke, dark smoke, and black, so riders can match their bike’s styling. The screen mounts using the existing fixing points and ships with installation instructions, allowing owners to fit it themselves. As a windscreen, it deflects oncoming air to reduce wind buffeting against the rider, in this case prioritising a clear sightline and a stripped-back look over maximum touring protection.
