These R&G Racing Aero Style Crash Protectors are made for the Ducati Streetfighter V2 (2022 onwards) and the related Ducati Panigale V2 (2020 onwards). They offer core motorcycle protection, keeping the frame, engine, fairing and other critical components off the ground in the event of a crash, drop or slide. The Aero sliders have a stylish, aerodynamic, teardrop shape for a sleek and streamlined appearance that suits the bike’s lines. The replaceable bobbins are made from high-density polyethylene and are designed to slide while wearing down, scrubbing off speed without digging in or grabbing, which reduces the chance that the machine will flip once it goes down. The sliders attach to the strongest parts of the frame, and R&G uses de-embrittled mounting bolts that reduce stress on impact by deforming rather than snapping, helping to protect the mounting points. The protectors are designed as a no-cut fitment for this application. This is the blue-coloured version of the kit. By combining proven slide protection with a clean, aerodynamic look, these crash protectors help shield expensive frame and bodywork components on the Streetfighter V2 while maintaining the bike’s aggressive styling.
