Description
This is a PUIG Touring model windscreen for the Ducati SuperSport, fitting the SuperSport 939 and 939 S (2017 onward) as well as the SuperSport 950 and 950 S. The Touring range of windscreens from PUIG is developed in wind tunnels to refine the aerodynamics of the motorcycle, reducing the impact of the air against the rider while riding and improving comfort at speed. It is constructed from 3mm thick high impact acrylic, a material chosen to resist vibration, scratching and cracking over time. The screen measures 290mm wide by 405mm high and stands approximately 7cm taller than the original equipment screen, providing additional wind and weather protection compared with the stock item. As a Touring profile screen it is shaped to deflect airflow up and over the rider for a calmer riding position on longer journeys. The windscreen is offered in several finishes, including transparent and dark smoke versions, allowing riders to choose the look and level of tint they prefer. It complies with TUV and ABE homologation standards. The screen mounts to the existing fixing points and is designed as a direct replacement for the original Ducati SuperSport windshield.
